Mohit Nadkarni

COO and Staff Lead

  • Mohit is the Chief Operating Officer of DBB and also the staff lead for our SICMUN V conference. Mohit is a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a researcher focusing on computational and cognitive neuroscience. He works to better understand degrading memory and the memory and aging older adults. Mohit has been the staff lead for this conference as well as served as its very first secretary general. He has led our staff year after year into creating a conference that is 100% student lead and organized. He’s enthusiastic about model United Nations, leadership, and promoting both educational and research opportunities for young students in order to motivate them to further pursue their passions.

Vijaykrishna Bajaj

  • My name is Vijaykrishna Bajaj, and I am honored to serve as the Secretary-General for this year's Model United Nations conference at Southwestern University. As a dedicated senior, I am incredibly thankful to have the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional staff in orchestrating an unforgettable SICMUN event. My passion for international affairs and diplomacy has culminated in my final MUN journey: creating an enriching and engaging conference that fosters insightful debates and lasting impact. Collaborating with this outstanding team, I aim to make this year's SICMUN a new and transformative event where delegates can immerse themselves in meaningful discussions and innovative problem-solving. Additionally, I serve as the Secretary-General at Meridian World School and an Executive at Delegates Beyond Borders.   • Hi, my name is Anushka Yadav and I'm thrilled to serve as the DSG of Logistics and Administration for SICMUN VI. I am a current junior at McNeil HS, where I am the founder and President of our MUN program. SICMUN's growth and impact year after year inspires me to work with our talented team to elevate this conference to unprecedented levels. I am passionate about harnessing collaboration and critical thinking to tackle modern challenges, values I hope to reflect in the operations of SICMUN VI. I can't wait to see the diplomacy and zeal that SICMUN VI will foster within the delegates, pivoting them to one day serve as the next generation of global leaders.

Adith Chandraiah

  • Hi! my name is Adith Chandraiah and I'm a senior at Vista Ridge High School serving as the Deputy Secretary General of Technology and Design for SICMUN VI. I've worked with DBB and SICMUN for 3 years now, and am ecstatic to come back for a fourth year. I'm prepared to face the challenges provided with the role, and will do my best to make sure SICMUN has its best, and most successful year yet.   • Hi, my name is Jash Bhalani, and I'm ecstatic to be working with the SICMUN team as the Deputy Secretary General of Academics for SICMUN VI. I am a senior at Meridian World School, where I am also the Deputy Secretary General for the Meridian MUN club. I am elated to be a part of the SICMUN VI team and working with our incredible secretariat. For the past two years, I've been an active member of my school's Model UN, but this marks the first year of my journey with SICMUN, and the honor is truly overwhelming. I want you to know that every member of our Secretariat is committed to making this conference an unforgettable experience for you.   • Hi, my name is Shloka Reddyreddy and I am the Under Secretary General of External Affairs for SICMUN VI. I’ve been with SICMUN for nearly five years now and I’ve been doing MUN for even longer. I’ve worked in the sicmun external department in preceding years and we are always looking to better our registration and outreach processes. I hope that this year I will be able to build on past processes and learn with and from our team. Needless to say, I’m absolutely thrilled to be working with the dedicated, capable, and thoroughly incredible SICMUN VI Secretariat this year and am excited to see the amazing conference we’ll organize together!

  • Hello! My name is Maya Nudurumati and I am the USG of Media, I am currently a sophomore at Round Rock High School where I am a member of the Round Rock Model UN club. I have been an active member of the Model UN club since 6th grade, I have been apart of SICMUN staff for 2 years and been attending as a delegate another 2 years.   • Hey! I'm Mahika Patlola, and I'm a junior at Round Rock High School. I am beyond excited to take on the role of the USG of External Instruction for SICMUN VI, to which I will help ensure that delegates are ready for the conference. I have been an avid member of the MUN community since my freshman year of high school, and now, I'm thrilled to contribute to developing an enriching experience at SICMUN this year. I am enthusiastic about being apart of such an eager secretariat, and I look forward to SICMUN reaching its fullest potential this year!

  • Leon Tong is rising senior at Meridian World School, and is excited to return to the SICMUN secretariat for a third year as a chair. Previously he chaired for SICMUN IV, and served SICMUN V as the USG of Curriculum and Instruction. Leon is ecstatic about returning to the SICMUN team, and working with both secretariat and delegates as SICMUN continues to grow to new heights. He looks forward to working with delegates to tackle world issues, and make SICMUN VI memorable for everyone!

I am a sophomore at Vista Ridge High School, where I am an active member and the Under Secretary General of External Affairs for our MUN club. Cylee Dhond

  • Hi, my name is Cylee Dhond, a current junior at Meridian and Secretary of Administration at our MUN club. I've been an active member of MUN since 7th grade as both an officer and delegate, and I had the honor of chairing for the first time at SICMUN last year for WHO. It was such a fun and amazing learning experience to chair and meet new people. As the current DSGT of Academics, as well as the chair of CSTO, I am honored to be a part of SICMUN VI and work with its dedicated secretariat.

  • Hi, my name is Krish Bhalani and I'm excited to be part of the SICMUN VI staff as your Deputy Secretariat General in Training of Administration. I am a sophomore at Meridian World School, and am currently part of MUN club as a officer. This will be my 2nd year part of the SICMUN staff and previously been with SICMUN as a delegate for 3 years. I am starting the first year of high school in Mexico (which is Sophomore in the USA), and I have been a part of Delegates Beyond Borders MUN extracurricular course for 3 years.   • My name is Yuta Giles, and I am honored to serve as a chair for ICC this year at SICMUN VI. I am excited to see delegates collaborate, defend, and serve justice appropriate to the UN's mission and its charters. As a regular in the MUN community, having participated in numerous conferences, I truly look forward to seeing delegates work together to reach an agreeable solution regarding the topic at hand, and appropriately support their side authentically. Stepping into the pivotal role of chairing the International Criminal Court committee at the SICMUN conference, I find myself enveloped in an atmosphere charged with diplomatic significance. Clad in professional attire, I occupy a position of authority behind a meticulously arranged desk, complete with microphones and committee documents that foreshadow the weighty discussions ahead. The room hums with activity, and as the chair, my role extends beyond mere administration – it is a conduit for diplomatic dialogue and collaboration. In this moment, I believe this conference symbolize a collective dedication to fostering meaningful exchanges and collaborative problem-solving on the international stage, a core ethos of the what SICMUN's delegates should aim to create.
